Sitebarn · websites for local service businesses

We already built
your website.

Sitebarn builds websites for local service businesses without asking first. If we sent you a link, that's your site. Look at it. If you want it, it's yours for $297 to activate and $97/month to host and maintain.

The model

How Sitebarn works

  1. 1

We find local businesses with no website (or a bad one) and build them a real site. Hand-tuned to your business — your services, your service area, your reviews, your hours. Not a generic template.

  2. 2

We send you a link to your site. No phone calls, no proposals, no pressure. You look at it on your own time.

  3. 3

If you like it, you pay $297 to activate. That points the site to your domain (or one we set up for you), wires up the contact form to your phone and email, and turns it on.

  4. 4

$97/month keeps it running. Hosting, security, updates, small content changes. Cancel any time. The site goes back offline when you stop paying.

Why we work this way

Why we build it first

Most agencies make you sit through a discovery call, send a proposal, charge $2,000–$5,000 upfront, and then start building. By the time you see anything, you've already paid.

We think that's backwards. You shouldn't have to imagine your website. You should be able to see it, click around, decide.

We can do it this way because we've automated the boring parts — pulling your business info, generating a first draft — so building a site costs us almost nothing. We make money when enough people say yes.

It also means we have no incentive to pad scope or run up the bill. The price is the price.

What you get

What's in the site

  • · A homepage built around getting people to call you, with a tap-to-call button that works on every phone.
  • · A page for every service you offer, written for the way people actually type a search — service plus city, problem plus "near me."
  • · A contact form that texts you the lead the moment someone fills it out.
  • · Mobile-first design. Loads fast. Doesn't look like it was built in 2014.
  • · Service area pages for the cities and neighborhoods you cover.
  • · Trust signals worked into every page — credentials, real photos of your work, reviews — because the bar set by your competitors is low.
  • · Google Business Profile alignment so your site and your Google listing reinforce each other.
  • · Search engine basics (schema, sitemap, page speed) handled correctly.

Who's behind this

A one-person shop.

Sitebarn founder

I build Sitebarn out of the San Gabriel Valley, east of Los Angeles. One-person shop — I write the code, I answer the email, I send the invoice.

Thirty years of software before this — split roughly half between companies you've heard of (Apple, WebEx, Cisco) and a long tail of startups you haven't. Sitebarn is what happens when someone with that toolbox gets bored and points it at a market that's been getting bilked by web agencies for fifteen years.

FAQ

Questions people ask

How did you build a site for my business without asking me?

We pulled your public business info from Google — same info anyone searching for you sees — and used it to draft a site. We do this for businesses we think would benefit from one. If you don't want it, ignore the email and the site comes down. No charge, no follow-up hassle.

Is this a scam?

Reasonable question. We're a real company (Sitebarn is a brand of Rightway LLC) based in California. The site we built is real, the price is what we said it is, and you don't pay anything until you've seen the site and decided you want it. If something feels off, email us and ask.

What happens if I don't pay?

Nothing. The site stays online for a short window in case you change your mind, then it comes down. Your business info goes back to being just on Google.

Can I make changes to the site?

Yes. Email what you want changed and it gets done, usually same day or next. That's what the monthly covers.

Do I own the site?

While you're a customer, the site is yours and runs on your domain. If you cancel, the site goes offline and we keep the underlying template. If you want to take the content with you, ask and we'll work it out.

What if I already have a website?

Then we probably built you a better one, and you're choosing between the two. Compare them. Pick the one that converts better.

Why is it so cheap?

Because we automated the parts of the work that don't need a human. Most agencies charge $2K–$5K upfront because they hand-build everything from scratch. We don't.
